I already talked about the UEFA’s “Kit Assistance Scheme” that was established in 2017 and that saved smaller national teams to be equipped with boring Adidas templates in my article about Andorra's 2018 home shirt.
Italian sports brand “Macron” won a tender to supply smaller nations with bespoke football shirts and the result was a range of personalized kits for the countries participating in the scheme.
While the blue model was intended to be Andorra’s away shirt, the team made more frequent use of its white shirt.
The shirt at hand was prepared for youth player Albert Alavedra to be worn in Andorra’s 1-0 defeat against Turkey in 2019, however, Alavedra didn’t make it into the final squad. There was even a second jersey with the number 22 prepared and used by striker Víctor Rodríguez.
